Dividend Reinvestment Plan:
The Company has a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP), which provides shareholders with the choice of applying their dividend entitlements from their shares to acquire additional fully paid ordinary shares rather than receiving dividends in cash.
The DRP will not apply to the November 2011 final dividend.
Participation in the DRP is subject to the DRP Rules. A copy of the Rules can also be obtained at no charge on request from the share registry, Link Market Services. A DRP Information Booklet provides a summary of the key features of the DRP.

Goodman Fielder Limited pays dividends by direct credit into an account held at an Australian or New Zealand bank or financial institution.
To receive your dividend payments you need to advise the share registry of your bank account details in writing. Banking instructions can be posted or faxed to the share registry, Link Market Services.
Some individual holders may complete their bank account instructions online. Please check with Link Market Services to see if you qualify.
